Sales and marketing assistant
Sales administration assistants play a central role in order management and customer follow-up within the company. They ensure that the administrative sales process runs smoothly, from order entry to delivery, while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting deadlines. He or she is also a key contact between the various departments: sales, supply chain and accounts.
"When I arrived 8 years ago, I was immediately attracted by the dynamic environment of the Sales department. The pace, the constant interaction with customers and other departments, the energy... it was exactly what I was looking for! Every day is different: we deal with urgent orders, unforeseen events, loyal or more demanding customers... It's a lively job, where customer relations are essential. What's more, working in this sector is very rewarding: there's always something to learn, and I love taking on these challenges every day. Today, I train new recruits and enjoy passing on my knowledge. I'm convinced I've found my calling."
