N°1 in the corrugated sheetboard market in the South-East quarter of France, Cartonnerie Ondaine has developed in close collaboration with independent converters and family groups, adopting a tailor-made approach to meet its customers' requirements.

Established over 40 years ago in Andrézieux-Bouthéon (42), Cartonnerie Ondaine offers a comprehensive ‘one-stop shop’ service, combining standard and specialised corrugated board with a personalised, responsive service. It assists its customers with a wide range of needs, including the manufacture of RSCs, die-cuts, wedges, POS materials and much more.
Following in the footsteps of the Group, which is expanding into the production of large runs of packaging for the agri-food, e-commerce and other strategic industries, Cartonnerie Ondaine is strengthening its expertise and market position.

Our group
The CGW Packaging Group employs more than 700 people at 7 sites, including 2 other corrugated board production sites, for a complete national network:
- Cartonnerie Gondardennes, located in Wardrecques (62), has been a major player in the corrugated cardboard sector for over a century. Equipped with two paper machines and three corrugators, it produces approximately 180,000 tonnes of paper and 250 million square metres of corrugated cardboard per year. Thanks to its strategic location in the Hauts-de-France region, it mainly serves the north of France and neighboring countries.
- In 2019, the Group acquired paper and board manufacturer Lacaux Frères, which has been present on the French market since 1885. Located near Limoges in the Vienne department, Cartonnerie Lacaux specializes in corrugated board and packaging, with speciality products. Lacaux also has three cardboard companies and a trading site. Cartonnerie Lacaux has a production capacity of over 44,000 tonnes of paper and 80 million square metres of corrugated board.
The CGW Packaging Group achieved an average turnover of 200 million euros, and represents almost 50% of the French market for cardboard sheets intended for processing companies, making it the leader in this market.
