Will and vision. These are the two words that come to mind after the long interview we had with Laurent Fischer, CEO of Cartonnerie Gondardennes and the CGW Packaging Group. He told us about his CSR achievements and plans, from decarbonisation and energy efficiency to reducing water consumption. In mid-October, new rainwater recovery facilities were inaugurated at the Wardrecques plant. In December, the Wardrecques site was also awarded the ‘Industry of the Future’ label and the ‘Responsible Economy’ trophy. Finally, Laurent Fischer reaffirms his group's ambitions to support its customers in their development.
