Safety manager
The safety manager organises the safety of staff and the security of installations. He/she establishes a safety culture within the company by implementing the defined strategy and ensuring that regulations and standards are applied by communicating with and raising the awareness of employees and outside parties. He/she improves working conditions by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive and corrective measures.
"Every day is different, there's no monotony. My work is diversified because my missions cover different aspects (administrative, regulatory, safety in the field) and I deal with different audiences. I feel useful because I contribute to the well-being of the employees. I act as a link between management and employees."
