The Packaging Manager ensures the quality of the finished product. He/she is responsible for the following tasks:
Labelling
Weighing
Setting up the machine for depositing the bottom and top corners of the stack
Transport management
Scheduling the palletising centre and ensuring the supply of pallets and strapping
"My main role is to ensure that the finished product leaves our production line in perfect condition. There are several stages to this: I make sure that the products are correctly weighed, palletised and labelled, and that the final packaging complies with quality standards. This involves meticulous adjustment of the strapping and palletising equipment, as well as a keen eye for optimal pallet control."
