Quality coordinator

The quality coordinator plays a key role in the application and improvement of quality processes within the company. They ensure that procedures are implemented, that current standards are complied with and that teams are made aware of quality requirements. He or she plays an active role in internal audits and supports employees in their efforts to achieve continuous improvement. He is also responsible for monitoring certifications, such as FSC® certification.

"My role is essential in the company, because I support the teams on a daily basis to guarantee the quality and conformity of our products. I make employees aware of quality requirements and good practices, particularly with regard to the controls and procedures in place. I particularly enjoy internal audits, which give me the opportunity to talk to the various departments and gain a better understanding of their constraints and businesses. In addition to this role, I'm responsible for monitoring and maintaining FSC® certification, which is something I'm very proud of. This enables me to ensure that our production complies with strict environmental and ethical criteria. It's a motivating job, which gives meaning to my work and contributes to the continuous improvement of the company."
