Maintenance manager
The maintenance manager supervises the upkeep and repair of the company's equipment and infrastructure. He or she plans and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance work to ensure that installations are running smoothly. They manage a team of technicians, ensure that costs are optimised and implement continuous improvement measures to guarantee the safety and performance of the equipment.
"My job is strategic: I make sure that everything works perfectly to avoid breakdowns and optimise production. Between managing breakdowns, monitoring teams and improving equipment, no two days are the same. You have to be responsive, versatile and always looking for solutions. I love this role, which allows me to combine technical and management skills, while having a real impact on the company's performance."
