The order entry assistant processes incoming orders, ensuring that data is entered accurately and efficiently. He/she ensures that the data is entered within the allotted time and according to the required specifications (quality, format, quantity, etc.).
"I'm the direct link between the customer and the workshop. My role is to enter and track orders, check feasibility and coordinate with production. I particularly like the relationship aspect and the fact that I'm actively involved in customer satisfaction. It's very practical and varied, and there's never a dull moment!"
